These agreements cover privacy, liability and copyright to protect and make very clear the responsibilities of suppliers and users. The Custodianship Program taps into the established network of Value Added Resellers and Data Service Providers who already onsell Vicmap products.However, a custodian may choose to distribute data directly to end users. This has the benefit of keeping you in close contact with data users but requires you to establish your own distribution processes.
